APAC Atlantic and Platinum Paving will be working on a portion of Haig Point Road on Daufuskie Island beginning Monday, August 3, through Friday, August 7.

The project will include resurfacing Haig Point Road from the Fire Department driveway to the intersection of Oakridge Lane.

During construction, lane closures, traffic cones, and signage will be in place to safely direct traffic.

Motorists and residents should expect lane closures and are encouraged to use extra caution when traveling through the work zone.
